Hi, hello, welcome!

My name is Lyrissa (she/her), and I’m a certified queer and polyamorous relational coach. That means: I have specific training for supporting these communities—my communities. 💜 I identify as queer femme and polyamorous—for now, anyway. Those labels have felt true for over a decade, but hey, things could change.

I’m excited to be invited into the complex inner worlds of, well, anyone who wants to bring more vulnerability, authenticity, and intention to their daily human experience. That said, I specialize in supporting folks who are navigating less conventional ways of being and relating.

I’m talking about queer, trans, nonbinary, non-monogamous, monogamish, relationship anarchist, fluid, questioning, open, curious, “I don’t know what I want or how I identify, but I know it’s not this” humans.

Whatever labels you use (or don’t use), you move through the world, interacting with yourself and others, and I want to help you do that with more presence, choice, and a deeper trust in your gut.
